Hi, I’m Luisa—the face behind Paralegal Baddie and a paralegal with 11 years of experience navigating the organized chaos of law firms. If you’ve ever worked in the legal field, you already know:

When I first started out, I was eager, motivated… and mostly left to figure things out on my own. Like many paralegals, I quickly learned that law firms often expect you to “just know” how to do the job. Sometimes the resources are there, sometimes they’re not. And more often than not, you’re learning through trial, error, and a lot of late nights wondering if everyone else has it all together (spoiler alert: they don’t).

What did set me apart early on was organization. Not the cute, aesthetic kind—the real, systems-driven, deadlines-don’t-slip-through-the-cracks kind. My files were clean. My cases made sense. Attorneys noticed. They trusted me. And over time, other paralegals started asking, “How do you keep everything so together?

Organization isn’t a personality trait—it’s a skill. And, it’s one that can completely change how you feel about your job.

That’s when it clicked. I’ve worked with incredibly talented paralegals who were amazing at the legal work but overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information, paperwork, and moving parts.

Now, in my mid thirties I knew I wanted to build something of my own—something rooted in real experience and created to actually help people. Paralegal Baddie was born from that desire. This business is about empowering legal professionals to build systems that work, gain confidence in their role, and stop feeling like they’re always playing catch-up.
